Crest Nicholson Award

Withers Design Associates has been working with the Crest Nicholson Group since WDAL’s start-up in 2009. The Engineering team had built a reputation with Crest Nicholson South in the previous Multi
Discipline Consultancy and so in fact the relationship goes back many years previously.

In 2012 Crest Nicholson Group appointed Withers Design Associates onto its Panel of Selected Consultants, thus strengthening the relationship and assuring a share of the Civil Engineering Projects across the panel.

Withers Design Associates has also worked on Projects with Crest Nicholson South West, Chiltern,
London and Eastern.

In 2022 the Crest Nicholson South Technical Team voted Withers Design Associates “Consultant of the Year 2022” at the Groups Annual Award Celebrations. As this is one award judged across ALL consultants: Architects, Civils, Landscape, M&E etc it was a Huge Achievement for a small dedicated team.

Ongoing projects since receiving the award include a Planning Support and Civils design for 64 Dwellings in Horley, Surrey & 135 dwellings in Windsor, Berkshire. As well as a new Project in Arborfield with Crest Nicholson Chiltern division.
