You will be responsible for delivering Infrastructure Design Packages for our Residential Clients: this will include developing Engineering Strategy, delivering detailed Road & Drainage design packs, developing and interpreting Cut & Fill and Drainage Modelling.

You will also be responsible for building client and design team relationships to ensure that our Civils Design is delivered as part of a co-ordinated package to the agreed scope & schedule.

Essential Skills:

• Able to explain & develop Design Strategy with the client and wider design team of Architects, Structural Engineers and Technical Managers.
• Proficient in Civils 3D
• Cut & Fill Modelling
• Development Levels Design including consideration of Part M Standards.
• Sewer Modelling (Proficient in the use and interpretation of Windes and/or Info Drainage sewer modelling software.)
• Knowledge of Planning/LLFA Policy & Highways Standards
• Geotechnical Design considerations
• Preparation and production of Flood Risk Assessments & Drainage Strategies
• Knowledge of Building Regulations & NHBC Standards for private drainage, External Works, Fire Access & Refuse standards

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of the Planning Process for Residential & Small Commercial Builds
• Experience of producing Due Diligence Assessments for Clients as part of the planning process or pre-site purchase
