Neal has over 35 years’ experience as an Engineering Technician. He previously worked within a Multi Discipline Architectural & Engineering Consultancy and has been with Withers Design since its start up in 2009.

He has an in-depth understanding of Civil Engineering design & detailing for Residential Housing, and detailed knowledge of the various approval processes for road and drainage schemes.
